I have a quick list here of a few items you should never run out of:

avocado
nuts
blueberries
blackberries
salmon
seeds
olive oil
beans
spinach
kale
tofu
greek yoghurt


Now at first it is not that exciting, but here are a few combinations:

avocado, salmon, olive oil and spinach

With a little black pepper and decent grade ingredients, you could find this for breakfast, lunch or dinner at almost any seaside health resort
All you need do is cook the salmon and mix it up with everything else. I recommend grilling salmon so it crisps up for a little extra flavour

nuts, avocado, beans and kale

This is a great side salad with a few spices and perhaps olive oil - it is interesting to both taste and bite. Try with any dish and see how you get on!

Greek yoghurt, blueberries, blackberries and nuts

This is a great low-sugar alternative to cereal and tastes at least as good, try with almonds to dried apricots for a really lavish weekend brunch!

Tofu, beans, nuts and avocado

This is a great dish for any time you need a quick meal between appointments. It can be easily thrown together and takes no time. Olive oil gives a great taste and you may want to add feta cheese to really liven it up!
