Well your workout volume must match your chosen training frequency.

You could, if you want, train each body part three or even four times in a week and expect results but if your work-out frequency is not in keeping with your workload per session then you are going to suffer from pain and injuries or simply just overwork your body.

Put simply you can either train heavily in each session, but with each session further apart, or you can train lightly , but every day. If you understand this condition, then you will see improvement from whichever training frequency you decide upon.

Here’s an example of a common once-per-week workout routine:

Monday: back
Tuesday: chest
Wednesday: rest/cardio
Thursday: shoulders/biceps/triceps
Friday: legs
Saturday: rest/cardio
Sunday: rest/cardio
And repeat

I like to invest in the right type of clothing that actually enhances my workout performance. There are a lot of brands in the market but I only go with some that are good for fitness sessions. The tops and Legging from the brands Lululemon and Alo yoga are my favorite. their prices are also very affordable.
